These are excerpts from some of my favorite "wisdom books": I have written the first two. Sacred Words of Wisdom is a compilation of texts from the world's religions. Musings on Sacred Words of Wisdom consists of meditations on the central texts of the world's religions. The rest of the books are beautiful translations of complete sacred texts from each of the seven so-called world religions as well as some indigenous religions and others. This list will be expanded as I find more beautiful wisdom books. My own books are for sale here, and the rest can be found at bookstores and at Amazon.com.
